This chilly game has a few important players you need to consider for DFS this week.

In this preview, I will review every key player in the Miami @ Buffalo game in Week 15 of 2017.

The label in parenthesis is the amount of exposure I propose you have of that player in your lineups this week: None, low, medium, or high exposure. I’ll include notes in the description if you should alter that based on cash or GPP contests or if you’re playing on DraftKings or FanDuel. Fantasy points allowed data referenced from FantasyData.

Miami @ Buffalo Sun. 1:00 PM ET

Vegas implied point totals:
Miami: 18.0
Buffalo: 21.0

QB Jay Cutler (DK: $4800, FD: $6700): Buffalo is allowing the 4th-least fantasy points to opposing QBs. Cutler’s 3-TD performance last week probably won’t translate to much this week. (No exposure)

WR Jarvis Landry (DK: $6100, FD: $7100): The Buffalo secondary has been pretty effective at keeping opposing wide receivers in check. Landry has been reliable this year with at least 10 DK points in 12 of the last 13 games. However, with a Vegas-projected point total of 18 points, it’s wise to not too own much of the Dolphins’ offense this week. (Low exposure)

WR Kenny Stills (DK: $5000, FD: $5800): His targets can range from 4 to 13. Definitely not a cash game play, but is a possible GPP play any week. (Cash: No exposure. GPP: Low exposure)

WR DeVante Parker (DK: $4200, FD: $5900): He’s on a pretty serious slow streak now. His catch total in each of the last 4 games have been: 4, 1, 1, 4. There’s no indication of that trend changing this week. (No exposure)

RB Kenyan Drake (DK: $5400, FD: $6200): He’s on fire and inexpensive on both sites. With 193 total yards last week, and 141 total yards and a TD the week before, load up Drake in all of your lineups. Oh, and Buffalo is allowing the 2nd-most fantasy points allowed to running backs. (High exposure)

TE Julius Thomas (DK: $3300, FD: $5400): No particular reason to target Thomas this week. He has some TD-upside, but only had 2 catches for 11 yards last week. (Low exposure)

QB Tyrod Taylor (DK: $5400, FD: $7200): He’s “trending in the right direction” to start this week. However, it’s been a month and half since he threw for over 200 passing yards. Pass on Taylor this week. (No exposure)

WR Kelvin Benjamin (DK: $4900, FD: $6200): A touchdown saved his fantasy day last week, but he hasn’t cracked 42 receiving yards in 4 weeks. (No exposure)

RB LeSean McCoy (DK: $8400, FD: $8500): McCoy had a huge game last week in the snow with 156 yards and a touchdown. This weekend isn’t projected for snow yet, but it will be a cold one. Also, Buffalo is at home and projected to win, which both lean in McCoy’s favor. Lastly, Miami is pretty soft against opposing running backs. All good signs for McCoy. (Medium exposure)

TE Charles Clay (DK: $3000, FD: $5300): Clay has been pretty quiet lately. No need to play him since the passing offense has been struggling mightily. (No exposure)
