Week 12 is an interesting slate for NFL games due to the Thanksgiving triple-header. Although the bye weeks are now over, taking 3 solid fantasy-relevant games out of the main DK slate will create challenges making lineups this week.

In this piece, we’ll review three quarterbacks that are overpriced on DraftKings and unlikely to hit value.

Drew Brees @ LAR ($6,900)

Although he came to life last week, Drew Brees is still not the reliable fantasy producer that he once was. There’s nothing wrong with his talent, but the offense isn’t looking to him first this season. This could be another heavy running week of Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara. His floor is too low to pay up to $6.9k in salary. On top of all that, the Rams are the 4th-stingiest defense when it comes to points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Don’t have too much exposure to Brees this week.

Tyrod Taylor @ KC ($5,800)

Tyrod Taylor was actually benched in favor of Nathan Peterman. Think about that for a second. The Nathan Peterman that had a better passer rating TO THE OTHER TEAM than to his own team.

With the Bills on the road against the Chiefs, and a Vegas implied team total of only 18.25 points, he’s a solid pass. I’d prefer both Andy Dalton at $6k or Derek Carr at $5.6k instead.

Ryan Fitzpatrick @ ATL ($5,500)

Ryan Fitzpatrick doesn’t have the magic anymore. While he did throw for two touchdowns last week, that was against the struggling Miami defense. Don’t exVegas implied team total of only 19.25. Unreliable. Expect him to struggle this week on the road against a hungry Falcons defense.
