Most of the time, it’s wise to spread your roster out across a lot of games and teams. But sometimes if you find the perfect game against the perfect opponent with the perfect pricing, it just might be time to go all in. The Philadelphia 76ers are that team with bargain prices awaiting while Joel Embiid sits, and the Atlanta Hawks are that opponent. Let’s go crazy.

SF/PF Giannis Antetokounmpo MIL $10.8K vs Los Angeles Lakers

The Bucks are riding high after a win in Oakland, and hopefully they avoid the L.A. nightlife enough to take care of business on a back to back against the Lakers. Los Angeles has been pretty hopeless against most forwards this year, and Greek Freak has scored 25+ points in six of his last seven. The points are there, but the rebounds and assists have been hit or miss. This game is a good opportunity for an uptick, and Giannis is our pick for top play of the night.

PG/SG C.J. McCollum POR $7.7K vs Los Angeles Clippers

McCollum was a late add to our Wednesday lineup when Damian Lillard left to attend the birth of his child, and C.J. had a monster 42-point game. He’s scored 45 or more fantasy points in three of his last four and should be a great play against one of the league’s worst teams against wings, even with Lillard back for the game. It’s tough to say where Dame’s head will be at, but McCollum should be able to carry the day in a plus matchup either way.

PF/C Dario Saric PHI $6.8K vs Atlanta

Joel Embiid’s absence leaves Saric as Philadelphia’s lone big man of merit. Saric saw a minutes boost against New York Wednesday and put up a monster 26/14/5 line, and he’ll face a group of Atlanta big men that just gave up a Timberwolves franchise record 56 points to Karl-Anthony Towns. Saric probably won’t do that, but he’s got triple-double upside and the offense should flow through him. He’s taken a huge step forward in year two, and he’s ready to carry this team on the inside for a couple weeks until Embiid is back for the playoffs.

C Brook Lopez LAL $6.7K vs Milwaukee

Lopez has quietly been on fire over his past ten games, with six outings of 40+ fantasy points and six with 20+ points. Lately with the Lakers’ point guards all banged up, Lopez has become a facilitator, too. He’s had 13 assists the last two games, which almost makes up for his distinct lack of rebounding. The Bucks just don’t have any centers ready to step out and take on BroLo, so he could be in for a big game.

PG Isaiah Taylor ATL $4.8K vs Philadelphia

This worked well on Wednesday, so let’s go back to the well. Taylor keeps getting starts and putting up a lot of shots with Dennis Schroeder out, and though his DraftKings price is finally rising and this isn’t as great a matchup, he’s still a good bargain. In three games over the last week with 26+ minutes, Taylor has scored at least 18 points and over 40 fantasy points each time.

PF/C Noah Vonleh CHI $4.7K vs Orlando

The Bulls are firmly in tank mode now and this is a must-lose game against the Magic, so don’t expect many minutes for guys like Robin Lopez and Justin Holiday, and don’t be surprised if Markkanen, Felicio, LaVine, and Dunn are out or limited too. That should mean plenty of minutes for Vonleh again, and he’s been producing lately. Vonleh has 32+ fantasy points in three of his last five with the minutes boost, and he has two straight double-doubles. Here’s to a third.

PF/C Richaun Holmes PHI $4.2K vs Atlanta

We’re doubling up on Philly big men. Holmes has always flashed game when given opportunity, and he’s got plenty of opportunity now that Embiid is sidelined and Amir Johnson is out too. He should see 20 or 25 minutes against a porous Atlanta D and should be a good threat at a double-double. Ride those Sixers big guys.

PG/SG Markelle Fultz PHI $4.1K vs Atlanta

Yes, three Sixers! Fultz has played 14 minutes in each of his games back, but he’s filling up the box score in limited minutes. He’s scored 13 points on 18 shots but racked up an impressive 15 assists and 9 rebounds to go along with them. Philadelphia is giving Fultz every opportunity, and Atlanta’s weak defense will do the same as they tank toward the finish line. The Fultz breakout game is coming. You won’t want to miss out when it gets here.
